Cancellation policy
Right of rescission
You can revoke your declaration of agreement without giving a reason within one month in text form (e.g. a letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the goods are left to you before expiry of the term – by sending back the goods.
The term begins after receipt of this policy in text form, however not before the receiver has received the goods (in case of recurrent delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before our informing duties have been fulfilled in compliance with § 312 c par. 2 BGB in connection with § 1 par. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our duties in compliance with § 312 e par. 1 clause 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To maintain the cancellation period, sending the revocation or the goods in time suffices.

Consequences of cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides are to be granted back and where applicable are drawn uses (e.g. interest) to be issued. If you cannot grant us back the received service as a whole or partially or only in worse condition, then you have to give us compensation to this extent where applicable.
At the surrender of goods this does not apply, if the deterioration of the goods is only due to their inspection – how it may have been possible for you in the retail unit. For a deterioration caused by the commissioning of the goods as intended you do not have to give compensation.
Things that can be dispatched in a parcel are to be sent back at your own risk. The return costs are at your expense, if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the item that is returned is not higher than 40.00 € or in case of a higher price if you have not yet effected the return service or a partial payment as contracted at the time of cancellation. In any other case, the return is free of charge for you.
Things that cannot be dispatched in a parcel will be picked up at your place.
Obligations involving refunding of payments have to be carried out within a period of 30 days. The term starts for you at the time of posting your revocation or of dispatching the goods, for us at its/their receipt.
